We provide safe, secure and reliable patient transfer services in the Greater London area and surrounding counties. We also transfer patients nationally. Our staff are trained to use de-escalation techniques and engage with the service user to manage their distress, reassuring them of their safety and security whilst using our vehicle.
We are committed to providing an outstanding service tailored to each service user’s individual needs. We have a rapid response time and will travel to many destinations throughout the UK.

Our Patient Transport Service
Prime Patient Transport Services provides solutions for transporting service users who have a range of mental health disorders, 24/7, 365 days a year. Our experienced and professional staff takes pride in treating service users with the respect and dignity they deserve.
We work in accordance with the Mental Health Act 1983 and revised Mental Health Act 2007.
Our staff is made up of qualified and experienced professionals who are passionate about mental health. We follow a person-centered holistic approach to provide and care for each service user as an individual. We also use an empathetic approach which results in successful transfers.
All staff are DBS checked.
All staff have physical intervention qualifications, however physical intervention is used only as a last resort.
All our staff closely follow the 7c’s – Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment and Consistency.
